About the Presenters

Doug Baxter, president/developer of Prime Estimating & Software Services, has been a part of the woodworking community for the better part of four decades.  Exiting the manufacturing sector in 2005, having worked on projects like EPCOT, Atlantis-Bahamas, Hard Rock-Live, major sports venues, casino resorts for Caesar/MGM, corporate and government facilities, Doug has developed a unique, intuitive approach to bring together estimating skills and technology specifically for the custom Architectural Woodwork industry.

Shawn Maberry started his woodworking career at O’Sullivan Industries in 1990. In 1995 he began selling woodworking equipment and automation until 2001, when he helped to found RSA Solutions, formerly Roger Shaw & Assoc., the largest independent sales and marketing firm for our industry.   As President, Shawn is tasked with constantly tasked with finding world-class solutions to promote to the woodworking market.  He is considered an industry expert on CAD, CAM, and MES, and often consults on large automation projects.

Jonathan Adams has been involved in the woodworking industry since age 12. He participated in a 2- year pilot program for the Cisco Networking Academy in high school, after which he obtained a degree in information systems management. Jonathan spent the next 13-years at Adams Group, a nationally recognized architectural casework company, implementing major IT systems and software. After several years as COO at Adams Group, he now serves as the CEO of Silvermedia, a software development firm focused on building best-in-class information management solutions for custom, job shop manufacturers. Jonathan is a member of the AWI Speaker’s Bureau, chair of the AWI Technology Task Force and has spoken at several AWI National Conventions regarding technology.
